   • MassMutual — data quality and investment risk: consistency rules across sources, incomplete and aberrant records named before reporting, parameterised analytical applications.
   • Metro — backend on the models that feed the analytics platform: entities, relationships, transform-and-load logic, query work, integrity at scale.
   • Lagardère, travel retail — five-plus years of recurring commercial KPIs, reports and dashboards used in decisions, by 100+ people every working day. Training so the file stayed.

   Quality-control frame for credit-risk data and models on the retail book. Independent validation of datasets and scoring logic. Python and SAS routines for inconsistencies, outliers and edge cases the standard checks missed.

   • Methodological criteria for risk files, applied uniformly, decisions fully traceable.
   • Exception escalation. Ambiguous cases cut against internal policy and regulation.

   Client documentation in the AML process: identity documents classified to internal guides, risk profile assessed, unclear cases escalated. Accept/reject criteria applied at volume, under a strict accuracy bar.

Rules that travel from the mark to the work

• Do not stretch

  The two lines of the name are the same width because the spacing was calculated, not eyeballed. Models get the same treatment: no fake flexibility that breaks under load.

• No shadow, no relief

  The plate is flat. The report is honest. If a number needs a glow to look important, the number is wrong.

• Gold is a bar, not a coat

  Accent lives in the mark and the rule. Everywhere else it competes with the work. We keep it scarce.

• Hand it over

  A first cut is a beginning. The job is the documentation, the training, and the file someone else can keep.
