   Two internships. The floor first.

   BRD Groupe Société Générale, Pitești — financial consultant, three months. Ramada Bucharest Majestic — reception, two months. Procedure, volume, a name on the shift.

2. 2014–2021

   UniCredit Bank Romania

   Seven years, four desks.

   Accounting maintenance, 2014–2015: transactional recon, discrepancies named before the report. AML support, 2015–2016: client-risk classification at volume, exceptions escalated. Credit-risk control, 2016–2018: independent scoring and dataset validation, Python and SAS, regulatory scrutiny. Customer value management, 2018–2021: segmentation, pricing, profitability. This is where the gate was learned.

3. 2021–today

   Empower BI

   International clients, full cycle.

   MassMutual: cross-source consistency, risk datasets, parameterised analytical applications. Metro: entities, transformation logic, query performance, integrity at scale. Lagardère, travel retail: five years of recurring indicators, reports and dashboards used in commercial decisions — by 100+ people, every working day. Requirements workshop to model to dashboard to training. The client can run without me.

4. 2026–today

   PAWELWORKS / PXP500

   Own bench. Codex future partner.

   Independent analytics products and client work. OpenAI Codex — future partner. Same rule as the bank: if it will not tie, it does not ship.
