When this is the job

A request arrives as a list of pages. Scope is “analytics.” Success is “the board likes it.” Three teams mean three grains. Implementation starts before anyone has agreed what the number is for.

How it runs

Workshop the outcome, the inputs, the constraints. Write the KPIs and the grain. Sketch the smallest useful model or report. Mark assumptions. Agree acceptance criteria. That document is the job — not a slide that dies in a folder.
